As Magnolia trees start blooming in spring in the Southern states, the abundance of the huge white pillowy flowers are hard to miss. I look at the trees and try to capture the best formed magnolias, and find these two perfectly formed flowers with their stunning petals and the intricate stamens and stigmas. The sun peeking through the lush green leaves and illuminating the white flowers make them look all the more beautiful.
